Fall 2019 Involvement Expo Registration

4pm-6pm

  • Each registrant will receive 1 table and 2 chairs (table signs will not be provided).
  • Electrical hookup is limited and not guaranteed. 
  • Participants are required to bring their own audio/visual needs.
  • The collection of money/sale of products is not permitted at the Involvement Expo.
  • Table set-up will begin at 2:00pm; all tables are to be completely set up no later than 3:30pm. Failure to show by 3:30pm may result in losing your table.
  • Space is limited and Registered Student Organizations will get preferences over outside entities.
  • Businesses are assessed a $50 booth charge. Payment must be received prior to booth set up. Cash or Check only, credit cards not accepted.
  • Non-profit agencies are not assessed a fee. 
  • All registration requests must be received no later than Monday, August 19th.
